Resignation of Managing Director
Adelaide, April 6, 2016 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Archer Exploration Limited (
ASX:AXE) announces that Mr Gerard Anderson has resigned as Managing Director of the Company effective 30 June 2016, when his contract ends.
Gerard has been instrumental in the progression of the Company's exploration projects and in particular the development of the Eyre Peninsula Graphite Project, host of the Company's Campoona Shaft, Central Campoona and Wilclo South JORC Graphite Resources.
Executive Chairman, Mr Greg English said "Gerard has been a director of the Company since July 2008 and held the position of Managing Director at Archer since October 2010 and during that period has made a significant contribution to positioning the company for future growth".
