Environmental Clean Technologies (ASX:ESI) Appoints Larry Hanley As Non-Executive Director
Melbourne, Mar 19, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Environmental Clean Technologies (
ASX:ESI) today announced the appointment of a new independent non-executive director to its Board.
Mr Larry Hanley is an experienced director, public accountant and company auditor with extensive background in financial and capital management.
ECT Chairman Dave Woodall commented that ECT is delighted to have been able to attract a director of Larry's calibre.
"He is a strategic thinker and has just the type of skills the Board has been looking for and joins us at a critical stage of our development", Mr Woodall said.
