Melbourne, June 10, 2009 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX:ESI) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its capital raising, with total funds raised of A$3,487,805.26 out of a maximum A$3,500,000.
In addition to the A$2,319,305.26 raised from shareholders and underwriters, as previously announced, ECT, with the assistance of Intersuisse Ltd, has raised A$1,158,500 by way of placing shortfall from the SPP.

We now have sufficient funds to complete the Coldry acquisition and adequate working capital to progress to the next stage of our development.
