Indochine Mining Limited (ASX:IDC) is pleased to announce the successful completion of capital raising of $7,044,358.64 million via private placement of 64,039,624 new IDC shares at $0.11 per share with existing institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement was finalised and shares allotted on Tuesday, 22 January 2013.

180 metres of gold mineralisation with 57m at 3.3 g/t gold in drill results at Indochine Mining Limited's (ASX:IDC) Mt Kare Gold/Silver Project, PNG. Best recently received results from the 2012 drill program include: Drillhole 177SD12; 57 m at 3.3 g/t gold, 19 g/t silver from 99 m downhole, including; 7 m at 6.2 g/t gold, 17 g/t silver from 119 m down hole, within the WRZ Zone.

Indochine Mining Limited (ASX:IDC) is pleased to announce the successful capital raising of $7 million via private placement of 64 million new IDC shares at $0.11 per share with existing institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement will be finalised and shares allotted on Tuesday, 22 January 2013. The funds will be used for activities in connection with the recent ongoing drilling of "bonanza" gold zones, resource extensional drilling and working capital.

Drilling has advanced in bonanza gold zones at Indochine Mining's (ASX:IDC) Mt Kare gold/silver project in PNG. Four drill holes have been completed with results expected from late January onwards. More gold assays from the 2012 drilling programme have been received. Best results are 10 metres (m) at 6.3 grams/tonne (g/t) gold, including 5m at 10 g/t gold.

Additional significant high grade gold and silver drill hole results have been received from Indochine Mining's (ASX:IDC) Mt Kare gold/silver project in Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Indochine Mining (ASX:IDC) drilling has commenced on Bonanza Gold Zones with prior results of more than 100 grams/tonne gold at Mt Kare Gold/Silver Project, PNG. A two part drilling program is aimed to test quartz roscoelite mineralisation which is associated with bonanza gold grades. The close spaced drillholes are aimed to define the structural relationships, the grade and the extent of the quartz roscoelite mineralisation prior to extending the programme further.

Indochine has delivered on its stated targets for the last 18 months. The Company has completed the first ever, publicly released, Pre-Feasibility Study on the major Mt Kare gold/silver project in Papua New Guinea (PNG), as well as the first stage of a landowner investigation study, during recent months. These are major developments and demonstrate rapid progress from the acquisition stage last April 2011.
