Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) 's-Hertogenbosch - Effective 1 October 2008, Mr. Paul Overakker will step down as Chairman of the Management Board of the Infrastructure Division. As previously communicated, effective 1 October 2008, the Netherlands activities of the Infrastructure Division will be placed under the leadership of Mr. Gerrit Witzel. Effective 1 October 2008, Mr. Witzel will be a member of the Executive Board of Heijmans N.V.
