Kingsgate Consolidated Limited (ASX:KCN) (PINK:KSKGF) and Laguna Resources NL (ASX:LRC) are pleased to announce that they have signed a Bid Implementation Agreement for a conditional off-market takeover bid by Kingsgate for all the issued and outstanding shares in Laguna.
