Rowad Tourism Co. (Al Rowad)(CAI:ROTO) is an Egypt-based real estate development and construction company that operates in the tourism industry. The Company's activities include development, ownership, rent and management of hotels and recreational centers; transportation services; tourism-related trading, and agricultural, industrial and property development services. It is also active in investment and real estate development for tourism-related educational institutions, such as hotel management schools and training center. Al Rowad holds capital shares in Egyptian Italian Hotels and Tourist Resorts (96.11%), Egyptian European Floating Hotels (86.60%), Egypt Global for Tourism (94.66%), Rowad Oasis for Tourism Development (66.52%) and Rowad Gold for Tourism Development ( 80.57%).
