Remco for Construction of Touristic Villages (CAI:RTVC) is an Egypt-based company that is engaged in the construction and management of tourism villages, hotels and housing complexes. The Company owns and manages several hotels, including Stella Grand Hotel, which is a five-star hotel with 284 rooms and 11 suites; Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel, a five-star hotel with 300 rooms, restaurants, swimming pools and sport yards, and Golf Stella Di Mare Hotel with 55 rooms, 3 suites and international golf courses. The Company operates through its five subsidiaries, including Egyptian Co for Touristic Village Construction, Remco for Real Estate Construction, Orient Tours for Hotels & Touristic Villages, Pharaonic Trading & Contracting Co, and Tourism International Company (TIC).
