Enerji Limited (ASX:ERJ) to Be Quoted on the US OTCQX Market

Perth, Dec 21, 2011 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Emerging clean power company Enerji Limited (ASX:ERJ) (Enerji) has been advised today that the 29th December 2011 has been reserved as the day its securities will be quoted on the OTCQX market in the United States.

In conjunction with the OTCQX quotation, Enerji has initiated a Level-I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program.

The OTCQX quotation combined with the ADR program will create a broader secondary market for Enerji's securities, particularly in North America, and provide better access for American investors to deal in Enerji's securities. This limits the risks and inconvenience for investors in cross-currency transactions.

Enerji has undertaken the OTCQX quotation in response to strong interest in the Company from overseas investors. It is part of a coordinated program that has also involved Enerji participating in RB Milestone's investor portal and research coverage. Following quotation on the OTCQX Enerji will undertake an investor roadshow in the US with appointments to be arranged by a number of parties including RB Milestone and Casimir Capital.

An ADR is a negotiable security that represents one or more of a company's publicly traded shares. Depositary receipts are created when a broker purchases the company's shares on the home stock market and delivers them to the depositary's local custodian bank, which then instructs the depositary bank to issue depositary receipts. No additional Enerji shares will be issued through this facility.

The ADRs will be tradeable via licensed US brokers in the ordinary course of trading in the over-the-counter (OTC) market in the US.

Enerji has appointed Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM) as its authorised US representative and depositary bank to establish and maintain the ADR facility.
