Perth, Sep 13, 2011 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Sundance Resources Limited (ASX:SDL) notes today's ASIC Media Release relating to trading in securities of Sundance Resources Ltd.

Sundance has no comments, and proposes not to comment, in relation to the ASIC investigation.

Sundance notes that the investigation does not relate to the conduct of Sundance or its personnel.

This investigation represents no change to the Company's previously stated strategy. Sundance continues to progress its advanced negotiations with Hanlong Mining, as well as with a number of other interested parties, in regards to the development of the Mbalam Iron Ore Project in the Republics of Cameroon and Congo.
