Peak Resources Limited (ASX:PEK) Appointment/Resignation of Company Secretary

Perth, June 16, 2011 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Peak Resources Limited (ASX:PEK) is continuing to add to the Company's technical and management group as it moves forward with the Ngualla Project in Tanzania. In line with this development the Board of Peak Resources Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Linda Paini as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

Ms Paini is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting) and has more than 15 year's accounting, and corporate secretarial experience, with a focus in the last 6 years in the resource sector. Ms Paini has previously provided company secretary support for a number of listed corporations and the board believes Ms Paini will provide a strong contribution to the growth of Peak Resources as it moves towards the next phase of the Company's development.

The directors wish to thank Mr Maine, who has resigned as Company Secretary, for his contribution to the Company since its listing in 2006.
