Anglo Australian Resources NL (ASX:AAR) Announce A Share Placement Plan To Raise A$1 Million

Perth, July 5, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - The Directors of Anglo Australian Resources NL (ASX:AAR) (PINK:AAURF) are pleased to confirm the placement of 25 million ordinary fully paid shares at 4.0 cents per share (raising gross proceeds of $1 million) to professional and sophisticated investors.

The placement is in accordance with, and within the limits allowed under, ASX Listing Rule 7.1.

The shares ran pari passu with existing listed shares. The funds will be used to augment working capital and meet ongoing exploration commitments.

For the purposes of sections 708A (5) and (6) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice that:

1.the Company issued the shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D of the Corporations Act;

2.this notice is being given under paragraph 708A (5) (e) of the Corporations Act;

3.as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

4.as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information which is required to be set out in this notice.
