Sydney, May 5, 2009 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Following final reconciliation of the retail rights entitlement offer, IBA Health Group Limited (ASX:IBA) advises that a total of 59,874,509 shares were issued under the retail portion of the rights issue and IBA Health Group Limited now has 998,818,861 shares quoted on the ASX.

On 5 May 2009 IBA Health Group Limited (ASX: IBA) changed its name and from 8 May 2009 will be quoted on the ASX as iSOFT Group Limited (ASX: ISF).
