Sydney, Dec 22, 2008 AEST (ABN Newswire) - IBA Health Group Limited (ASX:IBA)(PINK:IBATF) has appointed Denis Tebbutt as managing director of iSOFT Health Australia and New Zealand, replacing Nigel Lutton who is leaving the company for personal reasons.

Denis was previously managing director of InterSystems Australia and New Zealand with responsibility for overseeing its expansion in the region including growth of its healthcare business. He joined InterSystems as managing director in 2002 and has 30 years sector experience gained in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Denis has managed international operations and businesses for a number of software, services and hardware vendors and before joining InterSystems was responsible for the worldwide operations of Financial Network Services. Denis is also a former managing director of Policy Management Systems, now part of Computer Sciences Corporation, and before that spent ten years with Prime Computers holding several senior roles. He entered the IT industry with Scicon, a subsidiary of British Petroleum.
Denis is replacing Nigel Lutton who will leave the company in June 2009 after nine years as managing director. Meanwhile Nigel will work with Denis to ensure a smooth transition and manage a global Change Management Programme, which aims to impart a new organisational structure and company culture, improve operational excellence and quality, and develop the LORENZO 'go-to-market' strategy.
