Postkantoren BV, a joint venture between TNT Post BV (TNT NV) and Postbank NV (ING Group NV), and Ordina have signed an agreement with a duration of 3,5 years. The contract entails the day-to-day management of front and back office systems.
Postkantoren BV has already outsourced the management of its front office IT services to Ordina in 1999. The extension of the service delivery has been triggered by the Postkantoren shareholders' decision to terminate the joint venture per July 2012. With this agreement Ordina ensures the continuity of the IT service delivery to Postkantoren BV.
