Northern Logistic Property ASA (OSL:NLPR) (Oslo, 26 August 2008) Northern Logistic Property ASA - Extraordinary General Meeting, election of two new Board members

With reference to the stock exchange notice of 13 August 2008, notice of Extraordinary General Meeting - agenda item 4 regarding expansion of the number and election of two new Board members - the Board will propose the following two new Board members:

Unni Tenold: Tenold (born 1959) has a broad experience from management positions within finance and real estate, among other from the DnB NOR group. She currently holds the position as managing director of T. Klaveness Eiendom AS, and is chairman and Board member of a number of real estate companies. Tenold has graduated from Norwegian University of Business Administration (NHH).

Pål Hvammen: Hvammen (born 1971) is currently investment director in Canica AS. Before this he had several management positions in ICA AB within business control, M&A and real estate. Hvammen has graduated from Norwegian School of Management (BI) and Thunderbird School of International Management.
