Pursuant to the employment contract with the CEO of Northern Logistic Property ASA, Per Gunnar Rymer was granted 18,868 shares at a subscription price of NOK 26.50 per share from the treasury share holdings of the company. After the subscription of shares Per Gunnar Rymer and his closely related own 18,868 shares in Northern Logistic Property ASA.

Following the completion of allotment of treasury shares to the CEO, NLP will own 522,697 own shares.
