Perth, Aug 13, 2008 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Exoma Energy Limited (ASX:EXE) announce the Brearley 1H-11 drilling update for 12 August, 2008.
Progress: The Operator has advised it has run coiled tubing to clean the Brearley 1H-11 well of any remaining fraccing fluid. A workover rig has been mobilised to site and will be rigged up in the next 24 hours to install a pump jack to put the Brearley well into production. Stabilised flow rates are expected between three and six weeks following this operation. During this time the Operator has continued to report good oil flows during the clean-up process. David Rowbottam, Managing Director's comment: "The Operator's decision to install a pump jack is good news and will bring the Brearley 1H-11 well into production as early as possible, which is very positive for Exoma shareholders. We will be in a position to confirm stabilised production flow rates once the fraccing clean-up is complete. Exoma remains confident the Brearley 1H-11 well will be in production soon and generating cash flow shortly afterwards."
