B&B TOOLS AB B&B TOOLS has acquired the remaining 49 percent of the shares in its subsidiary TOOLS Östergötland AB, thereby making the company a wholly owned subsidiary. TOOLS Östergötland - with its subsidiaries Bipart Bygg- och Industripartner, Eneby Järn, Livab and Norrköpings Skeppsfournering - is one of the largest suppliers of industrial consumables to industry in Östergötland. TOOLS Östergötland has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 200 and approximately 70 employees.
Closing occurred on 3 June 2008 concurrent with the signing of a share transfer agreement. The acquisition is not expected to affect B&B TOOLS' earnings per share during the current financial year.
