GLVAB is a complete service company in electromechanical manufacturing, repairs and sales for the industrial sector and public administration in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. GLVAB has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 10 and six employees.

B&B TOOLS AB (STO:BERGB) B&B TOOLS has concluded an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Ljungbergs Verktyg AB. Ljungbergs Verktyg conducts reseller operations of tools and industrial consumables to the industrial sector in Vetlanda and the surrounding area. The company is well-known for its specialist profile in the area of cutting tools. Ljungbergs Verktyg has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 10 and three employees.

Fag-Verktøy is one of the leading suppliers of tools, machinery, hoses, hydraulics and other industrial consumables to the industrial and construction sectors in Grimstad and the surrounding area. Fag-Verktøy has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 10 and seven employees.

B&B TOOLS AB (STO:BERGB) B&B TOOLS, through its subsidiary TOOLS Momentum AB, has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Rörick i Köping AB, including the subsidiaries Rörick Elektriska Verkstad AB, Sjödins Elmekaniska i Västerås AB and Elmotor i Eskilstuna AB ("the Rörick Group"). The Rörick Group is one of the leading providers of electromechanics services for the industrial sector in central Sweden. The Rörick Group has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 50 and 35 employees.
