Aristocrat Gaming
Sydney, Nov 7, 2005 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX: ALL) today announced an aquisition of 50% interest in the electronic gaming machine manufacturer Elektrontek.
Slovenian based Elektrontek trades under the Interblock tradename, and manufactures gaming products such as Roulette, Dice and Sic Bo.
Aristocrat will be making an initial investment of 30 Million Euros (AUD$48M) with a further 10 Million Euros (AUD$16M) subject to financial performance goals ending FY2006.
Elecktrontek is forecasting revenues of up to 40 Million Euros for FY2005.
