Nanopac Innovation Limited (NSX:NNO) Alaska Signs Agreement

Sydney, Aug 23, 2022 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Nanopac Innovation Limited (NSX:NNO) is pleased to announce that on 22 August 2022 Alaska signed a Co-Operative production and Sales Agreement with HENAN SHENGXIANG INDUSTRY CO., LTD. for the production and sale of 100,000 metric tonnes of Ilmenite to be sold to HENAN SHENGXIANG INDUSTRY CO., LTD. at approximately 8000 metric tonnes per month from Alaska's mining concession at Chenderiang in Perak State, Malaysia.

Completion of the acquisition of the 51% interest in Alaska is on schedule.
