Anti-Aging House Holding Limited (NSX:A2H) Company update

Sydney, Aug 23, 2022 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Anti-Aging House Technology (Wuhan) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan A2H"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anti-Aging House Holding Limited (NSX:A2H), reached a cooperation agreement with Mrs. Lan Mudan, to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company with the name of Anti-Aging House Prettiest (Wuhan) Technology Company Limited ("AAHP").

AAHP will mainly sell and promote anti-aging functional foods such as collagen peptide oral liquid through live broadcast and other new retail methods.

The registered capital of the AAHP is RMB5,000,000.00, of which RMB4,250,000.00 is contributed by Mrs. Lan Mudan in cash, who will hold 75% shares of AAHP, and Wuhan A2H will provide product technical and manufacturing services, which is valued at RMB750,000 and will hold 15% shares of AAHP.

A2H will appoint one director to the board of AAHP and allocate one technical supervisor to assist the AAHP's operations.
