Vertua holds 400,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Cosmos representing approximately 5.2% of Cosmos' issued capital. Cosmos is an unlisted public company. James Manning is a shareholder and director of Cosmos.

Vertua is pleased to announce that Wize Pharma, Inc (OTCQB: WIZP) (Wize) and Cosmos have announced that they have entered into a bid implementation agreement whereby Wize has agreed to make an off-market takeover offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Cosmos.
