Notification Of Large Shareholdings

SpareBank 1 SMN (OSL:MING) Sparebanken Midt-Norge Invest AS has today acquired 12,302 shares in Adresseavisen ASA. Sparebanken Midt-Norge Invest AS is a wholly owned subidiary of the bank. Sparebanken Midt-Norge Invest holds after this acquisition a total of 102,992 shares constituting 5.42 % of the share capital of Adresseavisen ASA.

In accordance with Adresseavisen ASA's articles of association § 4, the share purchase has to be approved by the Board.
