PCC Placing With Employees Completed

SpareBank 1 SMN SpareBank 1 SMN Board of Directors has passed a resolution regarding the amount of the issue and the required change in the Bank`s by-laws in connection with the recent PCC placing with employees. 258.058 new Primary Capital Certificates (PCCs) were subscribed for in PCC placing with employees, amounting to NOK 6.451.450. After this, the Bank`s PCC-capital totals NOK 1.446.545.150 made up of 57.861.806 PCCs.The formal approval and registration of the issue, including the abovementioned change in by-laws, are in the process of being arranged.
