Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) wishes to announce that the Shareholder Share Purchase Plan dated 19 October 2009 has now closed. Subscriptions have been accepted for 556,761 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of A$0.62 raising a total of A$345,185.

Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) completed the Pre Feasibility Study (PFS) at the Silver Hill Project in north Queensland in April 2009. Following the robust results of the PFS, the Board of Directors of Conquest Mining Limited commissioned a Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) in June 2009. The DFS is on track for completion in late November 2009.

Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) is pleased to announce a resource upgrade for the Silver Hill Deposit at its Mt Carlton project in northern Queensland, including a significant increase in the overall resource, incorporating Area 39 and V2.

To ensure shareholders are kept fully aware of the progress at Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) 100% owned Silver Hill Deposit, the Company is pleased to announce that recent infill diamond drilling at Area 39 targeting high grade silver mineralisation within the Silver Hill Deposit has confirmed significant mineralisation with all results now received.

Invitation to Participate in Shareholder Share Purchase Plan The Board of Directors of Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) has approved the introduction of a Shareholder Share Purchase Plan (Plan).

The gains in stocks market were also helped by the positive September US retail sales data, which could be a further confirmation of a recovery.

Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) today announced an equity raising comprising: A placement to institutional & sophisticated investors of 80.6 million Shares raising A$50 million ("Share Placement"). A Share Purchase Plan providing existing shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of ordinary shares intended to raise a maximum of A$15 million ("SPP").

Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) has received an Assessment Level decision from the Queensland Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM) in relation to its Silver Hill project. In relation to the production of high grade gold and silver concentrate from Silver Hill, the Company will be required to develop an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) under the Environmental Protection Act 1994.

The Board of Conquest Mining Limited (ASX:CQT)(PINK:CQMLF) advises that it continues to progress the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for the Silver Hill project in northern Queensland for the production of high grade gold and silver concentrate.
