Coalspur Mines Limited (ASX:CPL) (PINK:CSPZF) (TSE:CPT) is pleased to announce that the Government of Alberta has issued three Orders In Council which authorize the Energy Resources Conservation Board (the "ERCB") to: (1). amend Approval No. C 82-2 by changing the holder's name for the Coal Processing Plant #8 approval to a subsidiary of the Company; (2). amend Mine Permit No. C82-60 into two distinct mine permits; and (3). transfer one of the two new distinct mine permits (McPherson Creek Mine No. 1815) to a subsidiary of the Company.
