Havilah Resources Limited (ASX:HAV) is pleased to advise that it has signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding with Consolidated Mining and Civil Pty Ltd, its mining partner at the Portia Gold Mine with respect to the North Portia Copper-Gold deposit. This MOU will give CMC an exclusive option to develop the North Portia mine, which lies 500 metres north of Portia on the same mining lease.
