World Breathing Day is on April 11th and this year's theme is "Time for Healing"
So many people on our planet are living artificially fast-paced lives and their health is suffering because of it. The social scrolling that only lasts a few seconds per post, the dopamine addictions from these technologies and the multi-layered, unresolved traumas that plague human life in a post-Corona world are all signs that healing has never been more important.
