EnviroSuite Limited (ASX:EVS) today announced that it has entered into a binding agreement to sell its entire Pacific Environment Consulting practice, including DLA, (together PEC) to the world's leading environmental and sustainability consulting group, Environmental Resources Management for A$15 million.
The March Quarterly Performance Report for the China CleanTech Index is now available.
