Gold Coast DA Lodged
Sydney, June 19, 2014 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Indoor Skydive Australia Group Ltd (
ASX:IDZ) (ISA Group) is pleased to announce that the Development Approval application for the iFly Gold Coast, indoor skydiving facility has been lodged with the Gold Coast City Council.
iFly Gold Coast will be situated at 3082 and 3084 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and comprise a 12 foot vertical wind tunnel with spectator areas and ancillary services catering to the high local traffic and tourist market. Situated within easy walking distance from Cavill Avenue and adjacent to the tram line, the facility has been designed to capture attention and showcase simulated flight (see design in link below).
Construction is planned to commence later this year with a target completion of mid to late 2015, depending on approval times.
