Appointment of David Muller as CEO of Central Australian Phosphate (ASX:CEN)

ASX:CEN) ("CEN") announces that it has appointed Mr David Muller as Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Mr Muller is currently Managing Director of Rum Jungle Resources Limited (ASX:RUM) ("RUM") and his appointment as CEO is pursuant to the Services Agreement entered into between CEN and RUM (ASX announcement 19 September 2013).
The appointment of Mr Muller will facilitate the streamlined management of the Barrow Creek and Arganara Phosphate projects into a single, globally significant Phosphate project.
As at close of business yesterday, RUM have announced they have received acceptances pursuant to their takeover bid totalling 82.151% of CEN's issued capital.
