New Company Secretary appointed

ASX:TPD) announces that in line with its renewal policy, Mr Des Olling has retired as Company Secretary, effective today 4 April. Mr Olling was appointed Secretary to the Company on its incorporation on 14 September 2011 and was also Company Secretary for Texon Petroleum Ltd from 17 May 2006 until he resigned upon implementation of the Acquisition Scheme with Sundance Energy on 8 March 2013. The Board thanks Mr Olling for his dedicated service over that period.
Ms Anastasia Maynes has been appointed as Company Secretary. Ms Maynes has had 7 years experience as a corporate lawyer in one of the Australian top-tier law firms where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions involving companies in the resources and energy sector as well as general corporate advisory. Ms Maynes is an accredited Chartered Secretary and a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and has qualifications in law, accounting, finance and corporate governance.
