FIRB Approval Granted - Orion Coal Project Acquisition
Sydney, Feb 8, 2013 AEST (ABN Newswire) - The Board of Cuesta Coal Limited (
ASX:CQC) is pleased to advise that FIRB approval has been granted in relation to the Orion Coal Project Acquisition, announced in the release to the ASX dated 12 December 2012.
The acquisition of the Orion Coal Project remains on schedule to settle on or before 28 February 2013.
