Gold Mineralisation at Mt Kare Project
Sydney, Jan 22, 2013 AEST (ABN Newswire) - 180 metres of gold mineralisation with 57m at 3.3 g/t gold in drill results at Indochine Mining Limited's (ASX:IDC) Mt Kare Gold/Silver Project, PNG.
Best recently received results from the 2012 drill program include:
Drillhole 177SD12
57 m at 3.3 g/t gold, 19 g/t silver from 99 m downhole, including
7 m at 6.2 g/t gold, 17 g/t silver from 119 m down hole, within the WRZ Zone.
The entire mineralised zone is 180 m at 1.8 g/t gold from near surface (12m downhole).
This was the deepest hole drilled during the 2012 programme at 375m depth. Final drill results from 2012 drilling are expected to be released by the end of January.
Six drillholes have been recently completed in one of the bonanza gold zones, at the BZ Zone at Mt Kare. Drilling has commenced on a separate bonanza gold zone within the WRZ Zone.
