Vector Resources Limited (ASX:VEC) Gold Intercepts Continue to Extend Gwendolyn Mineralisation

Perth, Nov 8, 2011 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Western Australian focussed resources company Vector Resources Ltd (googlechartASX:VEC) ("Vector" or "the Company") is pleased to announce additional results of the Phase 2 drill program at the Gwendolyn Project in Western Australia on tenement P77/3976.

Results from 41 of the 54 holes drilled to date have been reported in previous announcements and resulted in a very substantial increase in the inferred resources at the Gwendolyn project. Results have now been received from the remaining 13 holes. Seven of these holes contained significant intersections that increase the area of mineralisation envelope and are likely to further increase the inferred resource.

Holes G042 to G054 represent 13 Reverse Circulation (RC) drill holes for a total of 1,522 metres.

The metre intervals detailed in the table (see link at the bottom of the release) are measured down hole lengths and are unlikely to be indicative of true width. Significant intersections above a grade of 0.8 g/t in these 1,522 metres include:

This latest tranche of data has been forwarded to our resource consultants who have been directed to update the resource model and provide a plan for both infill and projected drilling based upon results from their Leapfrog(C) predictive software.

Significant Upside

The Gwendolyn resource has the potential to increase with these encouraging results. Other fundamentals are also encouraging including:

- Mineralisation intercepts identified in drill holes are outside the existing resource;

- Mineralisation is still open at depth and along strike in both directions; and

- The Phase 3 drill program is being developed for infill and projected drilling.
