Pluton Resources Limited (ASX:PLV) Senior Management And Board Changes

Melbourne, April 12, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - The Directors of Pluton Resources Limited (ASX:PLV) advise the following senior management and Board changes:

Dr. Alistair Reed (Executive Director Exploration) has resigned from the company effective 30th April 2010, and from the Pluton Board effective immediately.

Managing Director Tony Schoer said: "Pluton is in transition from an exploration company to an emerging iron ore producer. Alistair was a founding Director of Pluton, and while we are very sorry to see him leave, we respect his decision to leave Pluton to focus on exploration projects presently considered outside of the Company's focus. Alistair has made a tremendous contribution to the Irvine Island iron ore project, and hands the project over to Pluton's newly appointed Project Manager to take Irvine Island through to development".

Pluton has appointed Mr. Anson Griffith to the position of Project Manager - Irvine Island. Anson comes to Pluton with over twenty three years experience as a geologist in exploration, pen-cut and underground geology, resource models and feasibility studies. His experience includes eight years in the iron ore sector in senior operational roles at both the Savage River iron ore project in Tasmania, and recently at the Sino Iron Project in Western Australia.

The Pluton Board is currently reviewing candidates with extensive mining experience to join the Company in a non-executive director role.
