Stirling Resources Limited (ASX:SRE) Extends Share Purchase Plan Offer

Perth, April 15, 2009 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Stirling Resources Limited (ASX:SRE) Board of Directors have agreed to leave open the Share Purchase Plan until 5PM Perth Time on Wednesday, 29 April 2009 to allow shareholders extra time to consider this offer.

The amended schedule of important dates for the rights issue is as follows:
