The global AC drives manufacturer Vacon introduces the new Vacon 10 product line for the North American market. A feature-rich AC drive for a wide range of applications, the Vacon 10 brings great flexibility and tailorability for OEM customers and simplicity of selection for basic end-user needs.

The Vacon 10 is available in North America on 12 November 2008. Typical basic applications include pumps and fans, conveyors and various door applications. For more demanding applications, its functionality can be extended, allowing even tailor-made features to be implemented.
The Vacon 10 ranges from 0.33 HP - 7.5 HP, available for the input voltages of 208-240 V (1-phase, up to 3 HP) and 380-480 V (3-phase, up to 7.5 HP).
The Vacon 10 can fulfill the demands of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers with its intelligent architecture and tailorability. Globally optimized to the market needs, the Vacon 10 offers unsurpassed ease of selecting the right drive for the right purpose.
