NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) (Lysaker, 6 November 2008): Thorbjørn Graarud has been proposed as the new chairman of the Board in NEAS ASA. Graarud will assume the comission from Diderik Schnitler, who has been the chairman of NEAS for 8 years. Mr. Schnitler will continue his duties for the Board and has been proposed as the vice-chairman of the Board. He will also work to ensure a smooth transition within the company.

The Board of NEAS ASA will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 21 November. A notice of the meeting will be distributed shortly.
