At the same time with the growing business of Vaisala, the need to have more office space in the company's headquarters in Vantaa has increased. To accommodate some 200 employees and to take into use more modern facilities, Vaisala will start a construction project next year.
The new energy efficient office building will replace one of the existing buildings. The construction project will start in the second quarter of 2009, and the new building is scheduled to be in place by the end 2010. Vaisala staff who currently work in the old building will move to temporary facilities during the project.
