Kongsberg Automotive has been awarded a new contract in the commercial vehicle segment. The contract includes delivery of gearshift system to a major South American truck manufacturer.

The new business has an estimated value of MNOK 137 (17 M Euro).

Production starts in 2010 and will take place at Kongsberg Automotive's production facility in Jundiaí, Brazil.
