All employees in the Hafslund Group who are included in the framework agreement for the wage settlement in the spring of 2007 are offered free of charge up to 102 B-shares in Hafslund ASA dependent upon the period of employment and whether the position is full or part time.
As part of the agreement, on 10th October a further 1,226 B-shares were transferred to employees in Hafslund. The shares, exclusive of any discount, are transferred to NOK 74.25 per share. Following this transaction, Hafslund's balance of own shares is 493,558 class B-shares. The company does not hold any Hafslund A-shares.
