TietoEnator's Board of Directors has decided on changes in the composition of its Compensation and Nomination Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.
Anders Ullberg has been elected the new Chairman of the Compensation and Nomination Committee replacing Kalevi Kontinen, who will continue as a member of the Board of Directors. The other members of the committee are Bruno Bonati, Mariana Burenstam Linder and Bengt Halse.
Olli Riikkala has been elected the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. He will replace the current Chairman Anders Ullberg, who will continue as a member of the committee. The committee has three members: Risto Perttunen, Olli Riikkala and Anders Ullberg.
