The District Court of Helsinki has on June 27, 2008 dismissed the prosecution against Mr. Mikael Lilius, Huhtamäki Oyj's Chairman of the Board, and certain other former members of Perlos Corporation's Board of Directors. The prosecution concerned a failure to comply with disclosure obligation in the securities markets. Perlos Corporation's profit warning was alleged to have been delayed in the turn of the year 2002-2003. Mr. Lilius acted as a member of the Board of Directors of Perlos Corporation in 1997-2003. The Public Prosecutor has appealed against the judgment to the Appeal Court.
