Veidekke ASA Veidekke Entreprenad AB, Bygg Stockholm, has been awarded the contract by Fabege AB to build stage II of the Bocken quarter in central Stockholm (the Lästmakargatan, Norrlandsgatan and Regeringsgatan area).
The principal is Fabege AB, one of Sweden's leading property companies in the area of offices and business premises. The project comprises approx. 10,000 square metres and the value of the contract is approx. SEK 170 million.
The project will be carried out as a collaborative effort.
The work will start in August 2008 and will be completed during 2010.
