Fleet Update

Songa Offshore ASA Songa Offshore ASA will going forward release operations results for the quarter in connection with release of quarterly results (in effect for the first 45 days of the following quarter) and at the end of each quarter (i.e. last 45 days).

At the presentation of the Q1 2008 results, the Company announced operating efficiency in April for units Songa Venus, Songa Mercur and Songa Saturn of 96%, 75% and 82 % respectively.

Songa Venus has achieved operating efficiency of 99% and 95% in May and June.

Songa Mercur has achieved operating efficiency of 97% and 99% in May and June.

Songa Saturn has achieved operating efficiency of 81% and 100% in May and June.

Songa Dee and Deepsea Trym, which are currently bareboated out, have operated normal during the quarter.
