Eitzen Maritime Services ASA Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 12 June 2008 regarding the Private Placement of MUSD 50.

The Private Placement is now completed with subscriptions from both existing and new investors. This subscription has been fully underwritten by Camillo Eitzen & Co ASA. The board of directors of Eitzen Maritimes Services ASA will meet tomorrow, 25 June 2008 prior to opening of the stock exchange.
