Prosafe SE (PSFSF.PK) Mærsk Olie og Gas AS have exercised the first of two six-month options available for continued use of the Safe Esbjerg accommodation jack-up.
The exercised six months will commence immediately after the existing firm period expires on the 29th June 2008.
Total value of the exercised option period is about EUR 8.2 million.
